Dr David Buckley is the founding member and medical director of the Kerry Skin Clinic in Tralee. The Kerry Skin Clinic was previously known as the “Solas Dermatology and Laser Clinic” until we rebranded in 2019. Dr Buckley has been providing a community-based dermatology service in Kerry since 1989. Dr Buckley has won a number of major national and international medical awards in dermatology in primary care and in November 2018 Dr Buckley became a fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK) in recognition of his contribution to medicine over the past 35 years.
Dr Buckley is on the specialist register of the Irish medical Council ( MCN 03164) and specialises in community based dermatology, skin surgery and aesthetic medicine . Dr Buckley has travelled throughout Ireland and the world teaching dermatology to doctors and he has also written numerous articles on health related topics for the medical newspapers and magazines.
